Brooke Nadeau
Brooke is the Owner and Director of Explore More Early Learning Center. She holds a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing her master's degree while continuing advanced studies in nature-based education and educational leadership.
As a mother of four, Brooke understands the importance of providing children with a safe, nurturing environment where they feel confident to explore, play, and grow. Her passion for early childhood education began with a desire to create the kind of program she wanted for her own children. One that values meaningful relationships, hands-on learning, outdoor exploration, and developmentally appropriate experiences.
Brooke believes every child is capable, curious, and unique. She is committed to fostering a welcoming community where children develop a lifelong love of learning, families feel supported, and educators are empowered to provide exceptional care and education. Her vision for Explore More Early Learning Center is to create a place where children don't just prepare for school, they build the confidence, curiosity, and skills they need to thrive throughout life.

Zachary Nadeau
Zack serves as the Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator at Explore More Early Learning Center. With years of experience as a mechanic and a strong background in repairs and preventative maintenance, he helps ensure our facility remains safe, clean, and welcoming for children, families, and staff. From maintaining the building and playground to tackling everyday projects, Zack works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. As a father of four, he takes pride in helping create a space where children can safely learn, play, and explore every day.

Caitlin brings years of experience in early childhood education and a genuine passion for working with children. As a mom of two, she understands the importance of creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where every child can learn and thrive. She enjoys watching children's personalities shine, celebrating their milestones, and building strong relationships with families. When she's not at the center, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family, camping, cooking, hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
